 Adeona Villa is located in Eforie Nord Resort on A.I.Cuza Dtr. Nr. 15 between
Grand Health Center's Park and the promenade (beach), 13 km from the City of
Constanta and 20 km from Mamaia Resort.
Villa location in Eforie Nord resort: 150 m/yards from the promenade (beach),
150 m from Summer Theatre, 200 m from Downtown Eforie Nord and Commercial
Center.
Vila consists of:
-ground level: hall (entrance), living room with terrace + dinning room +
kitchen with exit at second terrace, bedroom with matrimonial (queen) bed,

-first floor: living, 2 rooms with matrimonial (queen) bed, private bathrooms,
Tv, minibar, balcony;
-attic: 2 rooms partially furnished with one bathroom
The courtyard is well maintained and has an outside grill.
There is maintenance and cleaning personnel on premises.
